• Work will typically take place from 7:00AM to 4:00PM unless special permits allow us to work until 7:00pm if necessary.
• 4th St NE will remain closed to non- construction related traffic and parking. Sidewalks on 4th St NE will not be accessible from Kennedy St NE. Parking in front of the construction gates on 4th St NE is prohibited.
• Callahan Alley will remain closed to non-construction vehicles and equipment.
• SOE installation is expected to finish at the corner of Ingraham and South Dakota Ave this week. Please be advised this activity involves moderate noise disturbance during our work hours.
• Site excavation will follow this activity, beginning the 28th of this month. Construction traffic is expected to increase on Kennedy and Ingraham St.
• Roadwork on South Dakota Ave will continue through next week, with lane closures from 9:30am-3:30pm.
• 4 trees along South Dakota Ave and 1 tree on Kennedy St are expected to be removed this week. Temporary lane closures will be in place during work hours.
