  • Work will take place from 7:00AM to 4:00PM unless special permit allow otherwise.
  • 4th St NE will remain closed to non-construction related traffic and parking. Sidewalks on 4th St NE will not be accessible from Kennedy St NE.
  • Callahan Alley will remain closed to non-construction vehicles equipment.
  • Pepco underground infrastructure work may be completed week March 22nd along S. Dakota Ave NE.
