Work will take place from 7:00AM to 4:00PM unless special permit allow otherwise.
4th St NE will remain closed to non-construction related traffic and parking. Sidewalks on 4th St NE will not be accessible from Kennedy St NE.
Callahan Alley will remain closed to non-construction vehicles equipment.
Utility locating activities along S. Dakota Ave and Ingraham St NE may begin May 3, 2021. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured across S. Dakota Ave during this activity and parking on the north side of Ingraham will be closed.
