Work will take place from 7:00AM to 4:00PM unless special permit allow otherwise.
4th St NE will remain closed to non-construction related traffic and parking. Sidewalks on 4th St NE will not be accessible from Kennedy St NE.
Barricade fencing will be shifted along the west of S. Dakota Ave sidewalk as the New Pepco Duct Bank work continues.
Dry utility trench work for Pepco may be completed week of September 21st along the west side of S. Dakota Ave NE north of Kennedy St NE.
DDOT approved traffic control measures for pedestrians and vehicles will be used for the utility work & restoration work. Certified flaggers will be on location to direct traffic when required.
Sidewalk restoration work along S. Dakota Ave is anticipated to begin week September 21 (+/-).
Raze / demolition of the (7) vacant buildings along 4th St NE is on-going.
Callahan Alley will remain closed to non-construction vehicles equipment.
Sidewalk restoration on Kennedy St NE located between 4th St NE and Callahan Alley.
