Art Place Construction Update: September 22, 2025

Construction Activities

•Interior building demolition and removal of existing windows will continue the week of 9/22 and

will last for several weeks.

•Site demolition is anticipated to begin towards the middle/end of October.

•As the project progresses, this Construction Update will be used to notify the community of large

deliveries and upcoming construction activities that could impact surrounding neighbors.
